* 100% refundable if you cancel 24 hours prior to the start of the tour
* Any modification must be reported 12 hours in advance to be able to act in time, otherwise an additional charge will be applied.
* If due to bad weather the activity cannot be carried out, you can only reaschedule for another day or time according to our availabilityity
* If once in the Reserve, the weather does not allow the development of the activity and you are not available to modify or reagendar, our company will only refund 60% of the total cost.
