Cancellation Policies
1. **Cancellation Policy:**
- You will receive a 100% refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the start time.
- If you do not show up within 15 minutes of the start time, it will be considered a "No Show," and you will be charged 100%.
2. **Weather Policy:**
- Tours are not canceled in advance due to the unpredictable nature of weather. Any cancellation due to bad weather will be indicated on-site. If the tour is canceled due to bad weather, you will receive a 50% refund.
3. **Rescheduling Policy:**
- You can reschedule your tour for free if you do so at least 24 hours before the activity start time.
- If you do not reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, the tour will proceed at the originally booked time.
